Cookies are not my thing and the number of times I've made them successfully could be counted on two hands at most. But thanks to Pam, from For The Love of Cooking (the similarity of our blogs’ names is purely incidental,) my fear of making cookies has been conquered. I found this recipe on Pam’s blog and thought it’d be perfect for the leftover chocolate chips that were begging to be used already. She used peanut butter chips in her cookies as well but I did not.
The dough consists of simple ingredients and comes together fast. One of the things that attracted me to this recipe was that the dough did not have to be refrigerated, as I was short on time (and impatient.)
The cookies took only 10 minutes to bake : )
Not sure what compelled me to tie them with a red bow but looks cute, no? ↓
The cookies turned out great; very chewy. Thanks for sharing yet another great recipe, Pam!

Sasha, Nothing like a fresh baked cookie. This is a great recipe to keep handy for that "cookie attack" moment. Thanks...

I'd so love a few of these right now with a glass of milk. Alas.
