I don’t know about everyone else, but I don’t enjoy Monday mornings, especially the ones that follow glorious, relaxing weekends. And although today’s beautiful, sunny weather was enough to put a smile on my face I still felt the need for an indulgent breakfast to compensate for the soon-coming misery at work. Enter: my all-time favorite, breakfast, lunch or dinner sandwich of whole wheat toast, slathered with peanut butter and topped with banana and chocolate chips!I think the concept and pictures speak for themselves so instructions aren’t necessary.
And a heads up, this week I’m planning to post: chicken potato croquettes with a buttermilk dipping sauce, poundcake biscotti dipped in a chocolate and a review of Lobo, a Mexican restaurant here in Brooklyn.
